Meet Alexander - Founder & Director

Alexander Marsden, founder & director of MARS Consultants, began his career in the asbestos industry at the age of 20, training with ASKAMS Ltd and achieving his BOHS P402 qualification. Over the years, he gained extensive experience surveying a wide range of properties and complex environments, including schools, hospitals, prisons, commercial premises, and large-scale industrial sites.

Alexander later progressed to become a Senior Lead Surveyor at OHS Ltd, where he managed and delivered substantial asbestos surveying projects across the UK. He also achieved his RSPH Level 3 qualification in Asbestos Air Monitoring, expanding his practical expertise into air monitoring and four-stage clearances.

After gaining years of hands-on experience across every level of the industry, Alexander founded MARS Consultants with a clear purpose: to deliver high-quality, technically rigorous asbestos consultancy with a more personal, approachable, and responsive service.
